- Represented client in the purchase of the 350-room Knickerbocker Hotel in downtown Chicago.
- Represented client in the development and financing of a 369-room Doubletree Hotel and Gibson's Steakhouse in Rosemont near O'Hare.
- Represented client in the development, financing, ground lease, and sale of a 360-room hotel located at Bryn Mawr, near O'Hare.
- Represented client in the acquisition of the Hotel Allegro and theatre and adjacent office building in Chicago and renovation and redevelopment of theatre and hotel.
- Represented client in development, financing, expansion, and renovation of the Ojai Valley Inn & Spa in California.
- Represented client in the financing and ground lease of a 220-room Holiday Inn Hotel near airport in Honolulu, Hawaii.
- Represented client in land acquisition, development, and financing of the Golf Club of Scottsdale.
- Represented REIT in connection with the sale of numerous limited service hotel properties throughout the country.
