Amy Blumenthal's practice encompasses all areas of real estate, with a concentration in real estate development and land use. Amy has 25 years of experience representing real estate owners and developers in all phases of the land development process. This process includes the acquisition, financing, and zoning of property, through to its ultimate leasing and/or sale. The financing includes initial acquisition financing, development financing and permanent financing, including senior debt, mezzanine debt, and private equity.

Amy has been recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyer for 2010.
