Mark Leipold represents creditors, lenders, landlords, debtors, trustees, examiners, and other parties-in-interest in sophisticated workout and bankruptcy matters. Mark's practice includes sophisticated commercial litigation, including fraudulent transfer and preference litigation. His clients range from high net worth individuals to multi-billion dollar publicly traded companies. Mark's practice also emphasizes asset-based lending and other secured transactions.

Mark was once again recognized as an Illinois Super Lawyer in 2009.
