Mark Abraham concentrates his practice on bankruptcy litigation, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation. He represents creditors, lenders, landlords, debtors, trustees, and other parties-in-interest in a wide range of sophisticated bankruptcy related matters. Mark has a solid litigation background, including extensive involvement in jury trials, mediation, and arbitration. Mark has also successfully handled residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures, evictions, post-judgment collection litigation, and replevin actions.

After graduating from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., Mark practiced for three and a half years at a litigation defense firm in Chicago with a well-rounded practice including commercial litigation, professional negligence, products liability, and creditors' rights/bankruptcy litigation.
