An integral part of the discovery process and eDiscovery platforms used by Gould & Ratner, Michelle Hannon works closely with attorneys and outside litigation support specialists to offer an approach to discovery that is customized for each case.

With more than 15 years of litigation experience, Michelle has worked on cases ranging from small claims to large-scale commercial litigation to class action lawsuits. She has managed discovery responses on behalf of nearly 80 individuals in the same case, prepared attorneys for deposition, obtained foreign commissions without engaging local counsel and managed summary judgment teams.

Michelle also has trial experience and has worked on both sides of appeals filed in the Seventh Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, the First District of the Illinois Appellate Court and the North Carolina Court of Appeals, where she compiled a 1,000-page record on appeal.
