Dan McCabe focuses his practice on contractual business disputes, primarily in the construction, real estate, pharmaceutical, and insurance industries.  He represents clients in state and federal courts at both the trial court and appellate levels, and in arbitration and mediation forums.  Before joining Gould & Ratner, Dan practiced law with Kubasiak, Fylstra, Reizen & Rotunno PC.
