Fred Tannenbaum spoke at the LawExchange International sponsored conference in Shanghai on November 2, 2007, on "Legal Services for PRC Enterprises Entering International Markets."  Fred's talk focused on Chinese businesses entering the US market and he was the only US lawyer addressing the conference of Chinese businessmen, government officials, service providers, and investors.  Fred was also on the planning committee for this event.
