David Arnburg Inducted Into Midwest Real Estate News’ 2019 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame

David Arnburg, partner in Gould & Ratner’s Real Estate Practice, was recognized as one of more than 90 real estate professionals to be inducted into Midwest Real Estate News’ (MREN) 2019 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame.

In profiling Arnburg, Midwest Real Estate News noted, “Commercial real estate can be an emotional business, [he] has often been the voice of reason for developers and investors in the Chicago area, helping these professionals make the best decisions and close the biggest deals.”

Arnburg has worked in commercial real estate for 45 years, representing a wide variety of clients. In his practice, he advises and steers clients in closing deals for the acquisition, financing, sale, lease and management of several of Chicago’s renowned and defining office buildings. Currently, Arnburg represents 601 W Companies, one of America’s leading private real estate companies. As the new owners of the long-vacant Old Chicago Main Post Office, he advises 601 W on a variety of matters relating to their restoration of the historic structure, as well as the leasing and development of their other Chicago properties, which include Aon Center, Civic Opera House and Sullivan Center.
