M&A Pace Under Trump: Still Strong But Maybe for New Reasons

Gould & Ratner Corporate Practice partner Fred Tannenbaum, in an interview with The Deal, gives his take on the overall environment for mergers and acquisitions in 2017, as Donald Trump assumes the presidency. He notes that while the character of making deals might be different from the past few years partly due to what spurs them, there will most likely be no letup in the number and frequency of deals.
