As a member of Gould & Ratner’s Corporate Practice, Christopher Rog focuses his practice on corporate law matters, assisting individuals and businesses with legal formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions and general corporate matters.

Before joining Gould & Ratner, Christopher was an associate at another Chicago law firm, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions representing both borrowers and lenders, general corporate matters, litigation, and real estate matters. He previously served as government affairs manager, assisting in-house counsel for a multinational corporation. He has worked for the White House, Department of Justice and the 2008 OFA Campaign.
