Geoff assists clients with business and finance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general counsel matters. He has advised clients from a variety of industries, including cannabis and manufacturing, on their global transactions and day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Geoff was an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm. Previously, he was an associate at an international trust and corporate management company where he oversaw and managed a large portfolio of both operating companies and investment vehicles.
