Vanessa Tiradentes, a partner in Gould & Ratner’s Litigation Practice, will be a panelist on a seminar at the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) Corporate Counsel Conference & Moot Court Competition in Albuquerque, NM. Her session, titled #MeToo Era Tips for In House & Outside Counsel Success, will be held on March 22, 2019.

Fred Tannenbaum, a partner in Gould & Ratner’s Corporate Practice, presented to Northwestern University’s Innovation and New Ventures Office (INVO), a branch of the Kellogg School of Management, on “Startup Finance 101.” Topics discussed included cap tables, budgeting and five-year projections.

Anne Dickerson, of counsel in Gould & Ratner’s Estate Planning Practice, presented in conjunction with the investor advisor and financial planner from the McMullan Team at William Blair.

Amy Blumenthal, Managing Partner of Gould & Ratner and President of CREW Chicago, was the emcee for the 2019 CREW Annual Industry Achievement Award Dinner on February 28, 2019.

Joe Marzo, a partner in Gould & Ratner’s Real Estate Practice, was a presenter in a webinar put on by WealthCounsel entitled All About Real Estate Deeds. The webinar covered the types of deeds, how to read a legal description and the forms of ownership (tenants in common, joint tenants, tenancy by the entirety).

Jessica Lingertat, Partner and Chair of Gould & Ratner’s Real Estate practice, was recognized as one of more than 80 real estate professionals to be inducted into Midwest Real Estate News’ 2018 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame.
