Corporate Practice Welcomes Christopher J. Rog
Gould & Ratner LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher J. Rog joins the firm as an associate in the Corporate Practice.
Rog focuses his practice on corporate law, assisting individuals and businesses with legal formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions and general corporate matters.
“The addition of Christopher's legal experience will help us maintain and expand our Corporate Practice. His background in M&A and financing transactions provides further depth and expertise to our team,” said Brian Gilbert, chair of Gould & Ratner’s Corporate Practice.
Before joining Gould & Ratner, Rog was an associate at another Chicago law firm, focusing on general corporate, litigation, and real estate matters. He previously served as government affairs manager, assisting in-house counsel for a multinational corporation. He has worked for the White House, Department of Justice and the 2008 OFA Campaign.
Rog is a board member of the Jarrett Payton Foundation and earned his J.D. from Creighton University Law School and a bachelor's degree from University of Notre Dame.
