Gould & Ratner is pleased to announce that Ellen Chapelle has re-joined the firm as a partner in our Construction Practice and as chair of the Insurance Counseling and Recovery Practice.  Ellen returns after several years working as an in-house lawyer.

CHICAGO – Gould & Ratner LLP announced today it has officially opened an office in Denver, Colorado, providing a foundation for the firm to serve a wide variety of local clients, as well as those spread across the Rocky Mountain region.

Gould & Ratner is pleased to announce that Alison Constantine has re-joined the firm as a partner in our Litigation Practice.  She returns after spending more than a year working as an in-house counsel at a national financial institution.

Gould & Ratner’s Corporate team helped its client Laws Whiskey House negotiate a first-of-its-kind licensing partnership with the University of Colorado’s Athletics program. Through this partnership, Laws has been named the Official Whiskey of CU Athletics.

Ed Trio, a partner in Gould & Ratner’s Tax Planning and Structuring Practice, as well as our Estate Planning and Wealth Transfer Practice, celebrated his retirement on June 18, 2024, after nearly 40 years at Gould & Ratner.
