Gould & Ratner has been named to Midwest Real Estate News “Best of the Best” for the fifth consecutive year. The firm was ranked No. 18 of all Midwest firms practicing commercial real estate. This ranking is reflective of the total number of deals or $1 million and above that Gould & Ratner closed in 2020.

Linsey Cohen, Chair of Gould & Ratner’s Real Estate Practice, was recognized as a Chicago “Notable Gen X Leader in Law” for 2021 by Crain’s Chicago Business. The nearly 100 members of this group of Gen X Notables are at the peak of their careers, managing offices, chairing legal groups or running their own lucrative practices.

Gould & Ratner co-sponsored and attended Crain’s 2021 Fall Real Estate Forum, “Making Chicago the “Hollywood of the Midwest” at the Chicago Club on Nov.16.

Gould & Ratner was named to 2022 Best Lawyers and U.S. News & World Report’s Twelfth Edition of the “Best Law Firms” rankings, which include new rankings both nationally and locally for its sophisticated Real Estate Practice. The firm was ranked in the following categories:

Rich Reizen, chair of Gould & Rater’s Construction Practice, moderated a panel at a Bisnow Construction & Development Chicago event: “Creating a Safe, Healthy, Equitable City” on Nov. 4.
