Taylor McCoy supports attorneys and clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. She assists with entity management, corporate governance, compliance, and transactional work for businesses at every stage of growth, from emerging companies to multinational organizations.

Taylor prepares organizational and governance documents, manages corporate records, coordinates domestic and international regulatory filings, and supports due diligence and other transaction-related processes. She also assists with board and shareholder meetings, helping clients maintain effective governance and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Before joining Gould & Ratner, Taylor served as a senior legal analyst at a publicly traded company, where she supported the corporate governance and compliance needs of more than 20 domestic and international entities. She previously held a corporate paralegal role with an Am Law 100 firm and a legal administrator role at a FinTech startup, supporting clients across a variety of industries.
