Corporate Practice Welcomes Matthew Goldfarb

Gould & Ratner LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew Goldfarb has joined the firm as an associate in our Corporate Practice.

Goldfarb focuses his practice on helping companies in the middle market with their mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and other general corporate matters.

Before joining Gould & Ratner, Goldfarb was an associate at Holland & Knight in Chicago, advising companies in a variety of industries on regulatory, compliance, contractual and transactional matters. He also previously worked in the legal department of a large healthcare system in Illinois.

Goldfarb earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University.
