Ellen Chapelle to Speak at DOECAA Spring 2026 Conference

Partner Ellen Chapelle will speak at the DOECAA Spring 2026 Conference on April 22. The event is produced by the Department of Energy Contractor Attorneys Association and is hosted by Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory and Argonne National Laboratory. Ellen formerly worked as an Associate General Counsel at the Fermi Research Alliance, which manages the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory for the U.S. Department of Energy.

Ellen will serve as a panelist for the session “Off the Beaten Path: Legal Strategies for Driving Success and Innovations in Project Approaches,” which will explore legal strategies for managing complex projects in the Department of Energy and contractor environment, including those involving construction and international partnerships.

She will be joined by Alec Rubenstein, Associate General Counsel at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, and Kevin Jerbi, Environmental and Safety Counsel at Argonne National Laboratory.
