Meet Ashley Cross, Our Newest Associate in the Corporate Practice

Gould & Ratner LLP is pleased to announce that Ashley R. Cross has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate Practice.

Cross represents start-ups and other high-growth entrepreneurial businesses in a variety of complex transactional and corporate governance matters.

“With Ashley’s arrival, our practice continues to grow, with greater depth and breadth in several areas, including venture capital and emerging-growth companies,” said Rob Chidester, chair of Gould & Ratner’s Corporate Practice. “We’re thrilled to have her join us.”

Cross previously worked as an associate in the corporate group of a national law firm’s Chicago office.

Cross earned her law degree from Boston College Law School and her bachelor's degree from Carthage College.
