Gould & Ratner is pleased to announce the addition of four talented associates across key practice areas, a reflection of the firm's thoughtful, long-term approach to planning for the future.

Gregory Branson, Corporate Associate

Greg advises businesses on a range of corporate matters, bringing a practical, solutions-oriented approach to helping clients navigate transactions and day-to-day business challenges. His experience supports companies at various stages of growth as they pursue strategic opportunities. Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Greg practiced at a national law firm, where he advised companies and investors on complex transactional matters.

Geoffrey Curley, Corporate Associate

Geoff focuses his practice on corporate transactions and business matters, working with clients to structure deals and address complex legal issues with clarity and efficiency. Geoff joins Gould & Ratner from an AmLaw 100 firm, where he advised clients on transactional and business matters.

Jacob Dodds, Estate Planning & Wealth Transfer Associate

Jake advises clients on the tax aspects of complex estate planning, transactions, and business restructurings. With a highly technical background in strategic tax planning, he helps clients navigate sophisticated issues with precision and responsiveness. Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Jake was a manager in the national tax practice at EY, where he focused on complex tax planning and structuring matters.

Micah Fishman, Litigation Associate

Micah represents clients in a range of litigation matters, bringing strong analytical skills and a thoughtful approach to resolving disputes. His addition strengthens the firm’s ability to support clients in high-stakes and complex matters. Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Micah practiced at nationally recognized firms, where he gained experience handling complex litigation matters.
