Sevan Avakian counsels privately held and family-run entrepreneurial businesses in a variety of complex transactional and corporate governance matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity and venture capital financings, corporate formations and reorganizations, and debt financing transactions.

Ilana Bley focuses her practice on assisting individuals, families and business owners with complex tax planning and wealth transfer strategies. Ilana handles a variety of matters, including implementing tax efficient estate plans, administering trusts and estates and charitable planning.

Alison Constantine represents clients in a wide range of commercial disputes. Her experience includes handling allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, business divorces, breach of contract, and commercial lease disputes, among other commercial matters. Additionally, Alison assists clients with tax controversy matters and trusts and estates disputes.

Dan Crowley concentrates his practice on virtually all aspects of real estate law, including commercial real estate transactions, financing, leasing, zoning and entitlement issues. He is also a member of the firm’s Construction Practice.

Matt Goldfarb counsels emerging companies, venture capital, private equity and middle-market businesses across multiple industries in a variety of sophisticated corporate transactions, including, formation, private equity and venture capital financings, debt and equity offerings, complex commercial arrangements and mergers and acquisitions, as well as providing outside general counsel services.

Patrick Johnson focuses on construction transactions and litigation matters. Pat provides strategic counsel to a wide range of owners, developers, general contractors and subcontractors pertaining to construction contract drafting and negotiation, project delivery methods, and litigation and claim resolution.

Ammara Khan focuses her practice on corporate law matters, assisting businesses with legal entity formation, raising capital, both private equity, venture capital and debt/financing, and various restructuring, redemptions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate lending, joint ventures and related matters.
