Gould & Ratner Selects Practice Leaders and other Leadership Roles for 2026

Gould & Ratner is pleased to announce recent leadership selections for its largest practices, as well as its internal counsel and Denver Office head. 

Practice Chairs & Vice Chairs

Partners Joe Marzo (Real Estate), Chris McCall (Corporate), Jennifer Tolsky (Tax Planning and Wealth Transfer), and David Wayne (Litigation) have been selected to continue to serve as Chairs of their respective practice areas. 

Additionally, the firm has reappointed Partners  Alison Constantine (Litigation), Ammara Khan (Corporate), and Aaron May (Real Estate) to continue as Vice Chairs of their respective practice areas. 

Internal Counsel

Partner Eric Sparks, who formerly served as the firm’s Associate General Counsel, has been selected to serve as the firm’s General Counsel. 

Denver Office

In addition to serving as Chair of the Corporate Practice, Partner Chris McCall has been reappointed to the role of Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s Denver office. Gould & Ratner formally opened its Denver office in mid-2024 due to growing client needs in Colorado and the surrounding Rocky Mountain region.
